1. Service Overview

Okay Box provides IPTV streaming services including live channels, movies, and series. By signing up, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Free Trial

All plans include a 24-hour free trial period. During the trial:

  • You will have full access to all channels and content
  • Your payment method will be verified but not charged
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and your card will be charged

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual)
  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4. Account & Access

  • Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Your account is linked to your device (via MAC address) or Xtream Codes credentials
  • Account sharing or reselling is prohibited and may result in termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Content & Availability

Okay Box provides access to live TV channels, movies, and series. Please note:

  • Channel lineups and content libraries may change without notice
  • Service quality depends on your internet connection speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
  • We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

6. Supported Devices

Okay Box works on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Fire TV/Stick, Android devices, iPhones/iPads, and Windows/Mac computers. We provide the HotPlayer Pro app for easy setup, or you can use any IPTV app that supports Xtream Codes API.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us:

  • Via WhatsApp
  • Via email at support@okbox.tv

Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Okay Box is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, content changes, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
